WE HAVE STATED OUR "POLICY" ON CERTAIN ISSUES IN ORDER TO COMMUNICATE HOW WE PREFER TO OPERATE. ONCE WE ENTER INTO A RELATIONSHIP, WE FEEL THE KEY TO KEEPING IT POSITIVE IS TO LISTEN AND TRY TO ACCOMMODATE WHENEVER AND WHEREVER WE CAN. Booking Policy

We operate under the satellite and production industry standard booking policy of PENCIL-IN, INQUIRY and BOOKED services.

PENCIL-IN: There is no obligation, we will make every effort to give you a courtesy call and we would appreciate the same in return.

INQUIRY: The date is reserved (referred to as a 'hold') for you. If another customer calls to book the facility on your hold date, they may ask to challenge the hold. In that case, you will be given one hour to either BOOK the service on a non-refundable basis or release the hold to the customer making the challenge. If you release your hold, the challenging customer has then automatically BOOKED the service on a non-refundable basis.

BOOKED: A booked service is guaranteed. The customer, in essence, owns the BOOKED services on that date whether the customer uses them or not. In some cases, partial or full refunds may be available when canceling BOOKED services. Following is a chart illustrating cancellation fees for BOOKED services:

NOTE: CANCELLATION POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO CHALLENGED INQUIRIES THAT HAVE BEEN BOOKED, THOSE SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE REGARDLESS OF THE ADVANCE TIME PRIOR TO THE SERVICE DATE.
